Ryukyu Awamori is produced by the blessed nature of Okinawa in Japan and black kome-koji.
Awamori, known as the original shochu, has a history of about 600 years.
“Shima uta” means a folk song which has been sung in Okinawa from generation to generation, in
hope that this Awamori will similarly be passed on for generations.
